Terms and Conditions:
  1. Eligibility:
    • The Festive Contest campaign is open to all active pilots of Zypp Electric.
    • Participants must be residents of India to be eligible for the prizes.
    • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Zypp Electric are not eligible to participate.
  2. Campaign Duration:
    • The campaign will run from 1st September to 31st October.
    • All pilots and their earnings during this period will be considered for the leaderboard.
  3. Prize Distribution:
    • At the end of the campaign, the top 10 highest-earning riders of will be declared winners.
    • The Campaign will consist of multiple categories based on rider's earnings.
    • Each category will require a minimum of two riders to be eligible for the prizes on the basis of the earnings. One rider must be from the National Capital Region (NCR), and the other rider must be from Bangalore.
    • The participant Get a chance to win a 42 inch LED Smart TV, Refrigerator, Smart Android phone, Juicer Mixer Grinder, Bluetooth Speaker, Sandwich Maker, Neckband, Blender, Trimmer and Movie Voucher.
    • In case of a tie in earnings, the participant who reached the total first will be considered the winner.
  4. Winner Announcement:
    • Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days after the campaign ends.
    • Winners will be required to provide their full name, contact information, and proof of identification for prize verification.
  5. Prize Acceptance and Delivery:
    • Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of being notified.
    • Prizes will be delivered to the winners' registered address within 30 days of acceptance.
    • Zypp Electric is not responsible for any loss or damage to prizes during delivery.
  6. Publicity:
    • By participating in the campaign, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Festive Contest campaign without any further compensation.
  7. Disqualification:
    • Zypp Electric reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.
  8. General Conditions:
    • Participants agree to abide by all campaign rules and decisions made by Zypp Electric, which are final and binding.
    • Zypp Electric reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for any reason deemed necessary.
