Terms and Conditions:
  1. Eligibility:
    • Zypp Pilot has to be live on the day of the winner's declaration.
    • The Winter Delivery Bonanza campaign is open to all active pilots of Zypp Electric.
    • Participants must be residents of India to be eligible for the prizes.
    • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Zypp Electric are not eligible to participate.
  2. Campaign Duration:
    • The campaign will run from 15th December to 15th January.
    • All pilots and their earnings during this period will be considered for the leaderboard.
  3. Prize Distribution:
    • At the end of the campaign, the top 30 highest-earning riders of will be declared winners.
    • The Campaign will consist of multiple categories based on rider's earnings.
    • Prizes are to be distributed based on the type of fleet and city. For more details read below :
      • 2W Category for 10g Silver Coins: 3 riders from Delhi NCR, 1 rider from Mumbai and 2 riders from Banglore.
      • 2W Category for 5g Silver Coins: 6 riders from Delhi NCR, 2 riders from Mumbai and 5 riders from Banglore.
      • 3W Category for 10g Silver Coins: 2 riders from Delhi NCR, 1 rider from Mumbai and 1 rider from Banglore.
      • 3W Category for 5g Silver Coins: 3 riders from Delhi NCR and 1 rider from Banglore.
    • The participant get a chance to win Gold & Silver Coins.
    • In case of a tie in earnings, the participant who reached the total first will be considered the winner.
  4. Winner Announcement:
    • Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days after the campaign ends.
    • Winners will be required to provide their full name, contact information, and proof of identification for prize verification.
  5. Prize Acceptance and Delivery:
    • Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of being notified.
    • Prizes will be delivered to the winners' registered address within 30 days of acceptance.
    • Zypp Electric is not responsible for any loss or damage to prizes during delivery.
  6. Publicity:
    • By participating in the campaign, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Winter Delivery Bonanza campaign without any further compensation.
  7. Disqualification:
    • Zypp Electric reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.
  8. General Conditions:
    • Participants agree to abide by all campaign rules and decisions made by Zypp Electric, which are final and binding.
    • Zypp Electric reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for any reason deemed necessary.
