Terms and Conditions:
  1. Eligibility:
    • The Beat the Heat campaign is open to all active pilots e-scooters and loaders of Zypp Electric.
    • Participants must be residents of India to be eligible for the prizes.
    • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Zypp Electric are not eligible to participate.
  2. Winners Selection Rule for 2W:
    • One from every city
    • One from grocery
    • One from Bike Taxi
  3. Winner Selection Rule for 3W:
    • One from Delhi, Bengaluru
    • One from Porter
    • One from Ecom/Grocery
    • In case of a tie in earnings, the participant who reached the total first will be considered the winner.
  4. Campaign Duration:
    • The campaign will run from 15th May to 15th July.
    • All pilots and their earnings during this period will be considered for the leaderboard.
  5. Winner Announcement
    • Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days after the campaign ends.
    • Winners will be required to provide their full name, contact information, and proof of identification for prize verification.
  6. Prize Acceptance and Delivery:
    • Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of being notified.
    • Prizes will be delivered to the winners' registered address within 30 days of acceptance.
    • Zypp Electric is not responsible for any loss or damage to prizes during delivery.
  7. Publicity:
    • By participating in the campaign, participants consent to using their name, image, and likeness for promotions related to the Beast the Heat campaign without any further compensation.
  8. Disqualification:
    • Zypp Electric reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.
  9. General Conditions:
    • Participants agree to abide by all campaign rules and decisions made by Zypp Electric, which are final and binding.
    • Zypp Electric reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign in the event of unforeseen circumstances or for any necessary reason.
